The Piper PA-46-310P Malibu combines the performance of a high-performance single-engine aircraft with the comfort of a pressurized six-seat cabin. Powered by the 310 hp Continental TSIO-520-BE, the original Malibu is lighter than the later PA-46 Mirage and is well known for its efficient high-altitude and long-range capabilities. This aircraft is equipped with a Garmin GTN 750 WAAS, KFC 150 autopilot, air conditioning and a 140 US gallon fuel system. A new 4-blade MT propeller was installed in 2022 and has only 14 hrs since new. Annual inspection completed in August 2026. The aircraft is currently located in Milan, Italy.

Annual and 100-hr inspection completed in August 2026 at 3,238 hrs TT. New battery and tires installed. Three new landing gear actuators and new landing gear hoses installed. All engine hoses replaced. Fuel injection nozzles cleaned and tested. Engine oil and filter changed. Engine mount, exhaust system, landing gear and hydraulic system inspected with satisfactory results. Current AD research completed through FAA Biweekly 2026-16.

Built in 1984, this Piper PA-46-310P Malibu was initially registered in the United States as N4337G. From 1991 until 2000, the aircraft was registered in Denmark as OY-JEK and was subsequently operated in Hungary as HA-APR. Later, the aircraft returned to the US register as N888CA. Despite its US registration, the Malibu has remained in Europe and is currently based in Milan, Italy.
The aircraft has a known damage history. On November 8, 2019, the nose landing gear retracted during taxi, resulting in repairs to the nose landing gear, landing gear leg and engine mount. In February 2020, the tail cone was replaced after a crack was detected during inspection. All repairs are documented; further details and documentation are available on request.
